Associate FDR Practitioner
We’re growing! Bayside Mediation is looking for an Associate FDR Practitioner to join our team.
We’re seeking a fully qualified FDR Practitioner who can attend our Highett office. Face-to-face mediation experience is ideal, but we’re just as happy to support someone keen to build that experience.
This is a contractor position, giving you the flexibility to manage your own diary – backed by a supportive team and an established referral network.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Full FDR Practitioner accreditation
✔ Willingness and ability to attend the Highett office
✔ Face-to-face experience (or strong interest in developing it)
✔ Alignment with a values-driven, family-first approach
